  • After discussing your lifting and handling requirements we will arrange a  site visit to assess the requested work
  • We shall then move onto the design stage, producing drawings and CAD mock-ups which shall be shared with you for your approval. Liaising with clients during the design and planning stages is key for the project to run smoothly.

Maintenance

  • Through preventative maintenance you give your equipment longer life and improve reliability.
  • Identify and eliminate any problems before they occur.
  • Servicing at regular intervals

Load testing

  • All load tests are carried out to satisfy current legislation.
  • This may be before overhead lifting equipment is put into use and after repairs, alterations or relocation.
  • We provide test weights if required

Thorough examinations

  • A qualified engineer will carry out each inspection to check what work is required
  • Wearing parts that need future attention noted
  • A report is provided after the inspection, and further work planned to your own programme

Repairs

  • Repairs carried out in our own workshop or on-site, at short notice if required
  • If the repair cannot be completed promptly, we keep you fully informed
  • Substitute equipment can be offered in the event of a delay

Installation/erection/commissioning

  • We are able to carry out erection, installation, commissioning or load testing
  • On-site staff can be provided to work to customers’ instructions or to assist other contractors

Modifications and conversions

  • Modifying or converting existing equipment can increase efficiency
  • We have wide experience in structural work, electrical conversions, strengthening, changing loadings or speeds, and relocation of lifting equipment or cranes
